1. Information collected
When a user submits a demo, contact or subscription request, Brain Technosoft may collect name, organisation name, email, phone number, city, selected product, expected usage, preferred schedule, domain preference and requirements. Technical information such as IP address and submission time may be recorded for security and audit purposes.
2. How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, schedule demonstrations, send demo credentials, prepare quotations, provide contracted services, maintain security, improve the service and meet legal or accounting obligations.
3. Email and phone communication
By submitting a request, the user authorises communication related to that request. Brain Technosoft does not sell enquiry data to advertisers. Promotional communication, where used, should include a reasonable way to opt out.
4. Service providers
Hosting, email, domain, backup or communication providers may process limited information only as needed to deliver the service. Their own privacy and security terms may apply.
5. Security and retention
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, including authenticated admin access, CSRF protection and encrypted storage of temporary demo passwords. Information is retained only for operational, support, security, legal or accounting needs and may then be deleted or anonymised.
6. Your choices
A person may request correction or deletion of enquiry information where legally and operationally possible by emailing info@braintechnosoft.in. Identity verification may be required before acting on a request.
7. Children and school data
Demo forms should be submitted by authorised adults or institution representatives. Student data should not be uploaded to a demo unless specifically authorised and protected under the institution’s applicable policies and law.
