1. Included subdomain
Eligible hosted plans include one Brain Technosoft subdomain such as yourname.braintechnosoft.in, subject to availability and naming rules. The subdomain remains part of the Brain Technosoft domain infrastructure and is not transferred as an independently owned domain.
2. Custom domain add-on
A standard custom domain and DNS/SSL setup is offered from ₹1,500 per year extra, subject to domain availability and the accepted quotation. Premium names, special extensions, transfer fees, privacy add-ons or unusually high registry pricing are charged separately after approval.
3. Ownership and registration details
Where practical, a customer-funded custom domain should be registered using the customer’s correct registrant details or transferred to the customer according to the agreed process. The customer must provide accurate details and maintain a working email address for renewal notices.
4. Renewal
Custom domains require annual renewal. Brain Technosoft will normally notify the customer before the due date, but the customer remains responsible for timely payment. Late renewal may cause suspension, restoration fees or permanent loss of the domain under registry rules.
5. Existing domains
An existing customer-owned domain can usually be connected by DNS changes. Transfer is not always necessary. The customer must authorise the change and provide access or coordinate with the existing registrar. Transfer and renewal costs are quoted where applicable.
6. Availability
A requested name is not guaranteed until successfully registered or connected. Brain Technosoft will not knowingly register a name that infringes another party’s trademark or legal rights.
