Terms & Conditions

1) Offer & Pricing

Standard Website Offer: Original ₹7,000 → Now ₹3,500. On request, you may begin with a 50% advance (₹1,750), and pay the remaining ₹1,750 after completion.

2) Claim Validity & Cancellation

• Your claim is valid for 24 hours from the time you submit your request.
• If the 50% advance is not paid within 24 hours, your request may be cancelled automatically.

3) Project Start & Receipt Upload

Website development will start only after you upload your payment receipt or share valid proof of advance payment with us.

4) Scope & Deliverables (Standard)

• Modern, mobile-responsive website (basic informational pages).
• Standard design using your logo, content, and images provided by you.
• Basic contact form integration.
• Hosting/domain, premium plugins, custom photos, extended features are not included unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5) Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely content (text/images), approvals, and any required account access.
• Ensure you have rights to use any content you provide.
• Respond to queries to avoid project delays.

6) Payment, Invoices & Refunds

• 50% advance (₹1,750) is due to initiate work (within 24 hours of claim).
• Remaining 50% (₹1,750) is due upon completion and before final delivery/launch.
• Once work has started, the advance is generally non-refundable as time and resources are allocated.

7) Ownership & License

Upon full payment, you receive ownership/license to the final website code and assets delivered as per scope, excluding any third-party components, stock assets, or libraries which remain under their respective licenses.

8) Support & Maintenance

Post-delivery support/maintenance is not included unless specified in writing. We can offer separate maintenance plans on request.

9) Service Area

Our services are currently available only in Uttar Pradesh (UP), India.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrainTechnosoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to us for the specific project.

12) Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.

13) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
